3) If you post a Listing with us, your personal information will be available to any Site visitor.   This, however, is the purpose of a Listing.

4) Additionally, if you post a Listing with us, your information will be maintained in a database, transmitted electronically across the Internet, and stored in digital format on one or more computer systems.   We will use reasonable measures to safeguard your personal information when stored on computer systems that we own and control. 

However, we cannot guarantee that your information will be safe while it travels the Internet nor that people or automated systems (e.g. robots, scrappers, spiders, etc.) will not pull your contact information from our Site to be used for purposes other than what you prefer, desire, or intend.

5) We will not sell or provide your personal information to any person, company, or entity not owned by Oak Mountain Investment Group, LLC.  We do own other websites that focus on topics other than real estate.

7) We will use your email address to contact you from time to time as a reminder to update your Listing or to inform you of changes to features on the Site.  This communication is necessary to assure our visitors that relevant information is available to them and to allow you to maximize your experience with our Site.

8) You may change your email preference and update or remove your Listing at any time by completing the Listing Request Form or sending us an email at sale@georgiacityrealestate.com
